About Sarah

I've always been drawn to creating, from early childhood sketches to years spent immersed in design and illustration. That passion led me to complete a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication, which opened the door to a career as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. Over the years, I’ve worked with a leading Melbourne design studio, collaborated with fashion brands, and created commissioned artworks for private clients.

Becoming a mother, and the deep loss of a child, profoundly shaped my creative path. I found myself returning to painting, seeking a slower, more personal form of expression. What began as a quiet outlet during the pandemic has since grown into a full-time art practice.

Today, my work reflects the richness of lived experience. Through bold shapes, confident figures, layered textures, and vibrant colour, I explore themes of connection, identity, joy, and the beauty in everyday life. Each piece is a celebration of love, diversity, togetherness, and resilience.
